The team at KG Group truly made my rental experience one of the best I’ve ever had. As a new Canadian PR settling into my new home city of Toronto, I couldn’t have asked for a better first rental experience than with KG Group. My leasing manager, Tiffanie Rees-Wells, was incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and supportive. She helped me find my perfect apartment at 18 Erskine Ave, gave me a thoughtful tour, and guided me through the application with ease. She was so warm, I felt right at home on the day of my tour and knew I wanted to live here!

On move in day, both Tiffanie and Francine went above and beyond, helping me with my belongings. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the welcome package with essentials was such a thoughtful touch. Francine showed me where the fiber jack is for the internet and Tiffanie gave hugs and cuddles to my kitty cat and made her feel right at home.

I wholeheartedly and confidently recommend KG Group if you’re looking for a truly "homely-feeling" home in Toronto - the staff’s warmth, smiles and professionalism truly set them apart!

I have been living here for the past three years and have enjoyed every moment. They have great amenities like gym, yoga room, steam room and large swimming pool. They have coffee mornings and BBQ’s at least once a year, that are put on for the residents. It creates a community feeling. The staff are fantastic they are very friendly and helpful and any repairs that I have reported have been fixed and resolved in less than 48hrs. The location is perfect with so many choices of supermarkets, restaurants, and transit on the doorsteps. I would definitely recommend the KG group.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a rental management company. Even though I am in the apartment complex their service is better than the condo building I used to live and own in. Isabelle and Audrey are a joy to work with and so are Jeniffer and Krystal, literally everyone I have come across has been so professional and so helpful. One of the last places that I feel still understands CUSTOMER SERVICE. Such wonderful people, always happy to help as opposed to other places where you feel guilty for asking people to do their job. Any unit issues are dealt with immediately and happily. Even the security staff they hire to man the desks after 5 pm are usually soooo professional and polite and again this is a huge difference from my experience at other buildings in Toronto. Makes sense why they have won SO MANY AWARDS. Honestly I would work for them lol.
