Alex was professional and walked us through the entire process. Most importantly to us, they started and completed the project on schedule (they would have been ahead of schedule if not for some last minute changes we requested). Contractors..be very cautious with working for "Alex" or with this company. He has taken advantage of immigrants and contractors like my uncle who work hard to make a living. Make sure any and all transactions are written and signed. During or after renovation he will pin deficiencies and faults that were done from other contractors, himself or changes requested by the client on you so he can pocket money from the project or for the next project. He also tried to downplay or undervalue the work required for trades. I have tried calling his cell numerous times to address this with no answer and to be blocked after.

Clients..please do your research before contracting Alex. Nothing is in-house and he's really just a one man show than a one stop shop which is impressive but deceptive. Based off online resources, he's opened a couple of companies with different addresses, one of them Sell Homes for realtors but looks like they saw through his scheme. The reviews are also from the same person and were bought out.
