I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Kraft Berger LLP. I was charged over $1,000 for the initial tax return, which is already far above the average cost I've paid in the U.S. ($200-$300). On top of that, I was later hit with another bill for over $1,000 for responding to a tax-related issue—without being informed in advance that this would incur additional charges. I would have handled the response myself if I'd known it was going to cost so much.

When I voiced my concerns, the response from the firm was dismissive and unprofessional, essentially telling me to find another accountant if I didn’t like their rates. This lack of transparency and poor communication is unacceptable, especially for a professional accounting firm.

I cannot recommend Kraft Berger LLP to anyone who values clear communication, reasonable pricing, or respectful client relationships. Proceed with caution if you choose to work with them.
