Lauren is very warm and easy to talk to. She asks good questions that really make me think and does a good job bringing different perspectives into our conversations. I have found her to be very supportive and since the get go I have felt very comfortable with her. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Lauren enough! If you're looking for a LMFT-whether it be for personal therapy or couple's therapy- she will be the best thing to happen to your current and/or future relationships. She works with her clients in a caring and nonjudgmental way, and I felt supported and empowered by working with her.
I found Lauren while I was going through an extremely challenging and painful time. She was a light in the darkness! At the time I was going through the crises of infidelity, trying to repair a broken marriage, and deciding whether or not to stay or leave. She helped me get curious with myself, explore and challenge my thoughts/beliefs, be less judgmental with myself, and overall learn to feel self empowered, confident and loving with myself. My time with her is invaluable as I am now more able to trust my own decisions. I feel happy and confident with where I am in my life now, and hopeful for where I'll be in the future. Everything that I have learned in my time with Lauren, I will use in my future relationships to help create more intentional and fulfilling connections.

Lauren is absolutely amazing. She helped my wife and I out during a tough time and I couldn't be more amazed as to what I found out about myself and my relationship. Lauren is an amazing guide that will help you reach answers you never knew existed. I highly recommend Lauren to anyone that is looking for relationships help or just a booster.
