They were great until covid. 44% rent increase December of 2020 while in 21 the government limited it to 3.8% retroactive to January. What a joke lol have now sold the unit I'm in like 3 times to even worse companies (based in Ontario) of course! Noticed they have a relatively high review rating so figured I'd throw my honest 2 cents in. Think it's finally time to leave but it's hard to find a place in SJ that isn't run by evil money grubbing useless landlords nowadays. Thank you for contributing to the destruction of affordable housing in New Brunswick ?

Well all I can say is John Lawson is the best !!! I was on the look for a apt and I seen his add on kiji and he set me up to look at a couple of apts, so when I found one I got a hold of him and he is so easy to talk to to and work with about money situation , thank u John for making my move so easy !!! U have a long time tenent ?

I have been renting from Lawson since November 2019, I've had not had any problems with the landlord. Things are done when need be. The properties are clean, and well kept on a daily basis., They are wonderful landlords! I highly recommend renting from lawson! 🙂

Refused to consider our building because "it was in an older part of town" and refused to suggest or recommend alternatives. It was a very strange interaction.
