J'habite dans l'immeuble Le Monteverdi depuis presque un an et demi. Je suis très satisfaite d'y vivre.
Nazigum et Daniel sont très serviables et toujours disponibles pour nous.
L'immeuble est bien géré et les locaux sont toujours propres.

I’ve been living in this building for three years now. When I first moved in, the quality, organization, and cleanliness were excellent. The former concierge, Daniel, was always present, helpful, and attentive to residents' needs. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill this year. Maintenance is lacking, the organization seems poor, and the overall quality of service has significantly declined. It’s truly disappointing to see such a deterioration.

I'm totally satisfied living here. the building is located in one of the best zones of Montreal West in Cote Saint-Luc. the staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. especially Daniel the concierge. he is hardworking and responsible. the only reason I'm leaving these stunning scenes is they don't have 2bedrooms available at the moment and it's so sad for my family. hope all the crews doing well and keep being perfect.

7 on-site property managers in 4 years.
They come and drop like flies.
Tells you alot about the company, no one likes the head office.
They lie to tenants, they try to takeaway services without notice (and after the lease renewal period, of course)
They try to weazel in new fees for things that were provided free for years, and when called out on it they pretend the fees were always there. Big renos we have paid for, yet a year later the walls in the hallway are still bare and unpainted.
The only good thing keeping this place going and enjoyable has been Daniel, the on-site contractor. Many stay here because of him. And guess what, he's leaving now too. Things are looking worse for the coming months and years here. Think long and hard about the service here if you're planning on staying a while

We have moved a week ago and we are very satisfied with both the place and the staffs. Mary Grace Antonio answered all my concerns and very professional with her dealings. Daniel, the concierge, is the best. He is always there and he does answer your calls. This is a very good and quiet place to live.

I have received excellent service from Mary-Grace Antonio, Manager of 5500 Borden, Ave, Cote Saint-
Luc, Qc. She is professional and very polite. She was very helpful when I had to complete the rental application. She also patiently answered all of my questions and explained everything about all of the available apartments. I have been very pleased with her service.

Having a wonderful experience staying at this place! The building is clean, well maintained and taken care of. Building manager is very supportive and responsive to the tenant requests especially Danielle who has always gone above and beyond in providing assistance when required!

Happy we decided to move here 2 1/2 years ago. Building is extremely well taken care of thanks to Daniel and Naz. Management acts upon any of my concerns immediately and building is very quiet and in a wonderful location.
