After dealing with another big accounting firm in Red Deer for 16 years we were very dissatisfied with their level of customer service and how we were being treated. Pre-Legacy was alot better than it is now. This year, I had the feeling I was largely ignored whenever I sent an email. I had a simple tax return this year and was invoiced an unruly amount for work that had been done the year prior. If the work was not properly done, then I paid for it twice. No luck having anyone explain the issue to me, I just had to pay the invoice or else my taxes would not be filed. I wont be going back.
