I was put into a RSP account with Lennox Financial through my employer, which is to say I didn't have any other option if I wanted the company matching incentive.

The investment options were very limited, and for the offerings that were available, the management fees were very high. I do not feel like these high fees were justified in any way, the returns were average at best and the web portal was clunky and unreliable.

Thankfully my employer opted to switch RSP plan providers, and I jumped at that opportunity. When trying to transfer my money to the new institution, Lennox Financial customer service was unresponsive to questions from myself and my co-workers, basically trying to make it as difficult as possible.

Given the choice, I would never open an investing account with this company unless there were no other options available.

If you're looking to get insurance personally or commercially, I wouldn't recommend anyone other than the incredible team (family, really) at Lennox Financial Group.
