Terri I think her name is from 311 is exceptionally rude, her supervisor Junior called me a liar twice and interrupted me twice. Then he was condescending to me and very rude. I asked Junior for his manager he again was condescending, rude, and hung up on me. The way city employees think they can speak to people is disgusting

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Alicia from 311. I needed my tax statements from 2022. Just how much I owed. She found my file and read me the amount. However when I asked her to forward me the document she said it would take 3-5 business days. I explained I needed asap for final approval on a mortgage. She was one of the most condescending people I have ever spoken with. When I said I am confused she said “ obviously” and put me on hold. Lethbridge is a wonderful community and the city does great things. But having someone this miserable dealing with customers is a mistake. I called back and Jackie Bugg not only got the job Alicia refused to do because it was beneath her. But she was so pleasant and kind. She even double checked details. Thanks Jackie for helping our family out!

Missed a payment after I got Covid and fell a little behind, called to make a payment arrangement because it’s important to me to be on top of things. Encountered Tracy who is possibly the rudest, most condescending and unprofessional human I’ve ever encountered. After 15 minutes of being talked down to and trying to explain I can pay in full by month end because I am paid monthly not but weekly. I have never been so disgusted, I got talked to like a thief trying to pull one over instead of a human who willingly called to attempt to be cooperative. Real cute..
