I recently appeared for my IELTS exam on Sunday and received my results the very next day, which was impressively quick. I’m happy to share that I was able to achieve my desired score!

The entire experience at the test centre was smooth and well-organized. The staff were extremely polite, cooperative, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They provided clear instructions, maintained a calm environment, and were always ready to assist with any concerns.

I truly appreciate the professionalism and support offered by the team. It made a stressful day much easier to manage. I would definitely recommend this test centre to anyone planning to take their IELTS exam.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I cancelled my IELTS test on July 4th, and as of now, I still haven't received my refund. What’s worse is that no one is responding to my emails or inquiries. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating, especially when you're dealing with students' money and time. I expected better communication and accountability from an institution like Liberty College. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking any services here.

The payment process while booking the IELTS test is extremely fast and smooth — they charge your card instantly. But when it comes to refunds, it takes up to 30 business days, which is unacceptable. My refund request was submitted on June 4th, and I’m still waiting with no proper response to my emails. Meanwhile, my credit card bill cycle has already passed, and I’ve had to pay the amount out of pocket. If the refund eventually comes through, it’ll go back to a card I can’t even use anymore. This whole experience is frustrating, poorly managed, and inconsiderate of students’ financial situations.

The mouse I got was horrible, it couldn't click the blanks and options accurately, making me unable to finish my listening test. (Although I struggled to finish other parts, they are not such time consuming) I didn't try to speak to the staff in the test because I would disturb others in the test. So, I chose to report the issue after I finish it. They told me they can do nothing as the answer was submitted, even without checking the device. I already submit my concern to IELTS Canada, if they can't give me an explain, I will not delete the post.

The second test was fine. I got the score for my work permit, but I still need to get a higher score. I really suggest they provide some mouse mats. Although the second time the mouse worked well, but it was still slippery, especially when I felt stressed and sweated a lot. But anyway, I don't think it can affect others except they get a broken one.

I have done my IELTS computer based on 14th of April 2025 but I still didn't get the results and I already have my degree completion letter but I can't apply for the work permit since they didn't release the results. So, I'm not recommending anyone to do the IELTS. Do CELPIP or PTE not IELTS.

The environment is great, and the staff are very friendly and responsible.

This was my worst experience taking an exam at a test center.
The staff were very unprofessional and because I was the last person in the center. The staff came into the exam room every few minutes to see when I would finish my exam, which was very distracting.
Also, there was an IELTS test going on in the next room at the same time, and their voices were clearly audible, and it was completely distracting.
There was a trash bag left in the exam room, and the room had not been cleaned at all.

I gave my ielts test last month and I really loved the place, the staff was very welcoming (there was a guy I don’t know his name) and it was quite and peaceful.
I definitely recommend it.
The parking is quite close, I paid $7 for entire day.
