Absolutely LOVE working with Karen and her team at Life Zone! I worked with Karen myself when I found that I needed some coaching and worked to clear those emotions and limiting beliefs that were holding me back. I have also had opportunity to refer clients to Karen. The results have been WONDERFUL! Karen works with her clients by meeting them where they are and helping them get to where they want to be, utilizing best practices techniques in addition to coaching skills she continues to hone. With her constant focus on her own personal and professional development, Karen is able to provide a holistic approach to her clients, including nutritional counselling and amino acid therapy.
