Super affordable basic rooms right on the middle of town. Have stayed here several times and the owners always try to go above and beyond Family run business so it's not the Hilton, and they've been upgrading the rooms for a while, and every time we stay it's
been noticeably better.
A lot of the reviews here are really picky for what you're paying; You're re in a small country town, relax and stop expecting the world

I visited Lillooet from the USA with my three children and had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The room was cozy, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean — everything was just perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the service was top-notch.

The new owner, Ashish, is incredibly experienced and cooperative. He ensures every guest is treated like family. One of the highlights of our stay was their on-site restaurant and pub. Not only did they serve delicious meals, but they also delivered my food and a few cold beers right to my room — that kind of thoughtful service is rare these days!

From the comfort of the rooms to the hospitality and amazing food, everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Lillooet!

We had one night in this hotel undergoing a transformation. Our three hosts were so eager to make our stay perfect. New ownership is investing heavily, both outside and inside. We enjoyed drinks at the pub and were sad that the restaurant next door was temporarily closed. This place is in the heart of Lillooet and affords walking to restaurants and local sights. Book your stay for summer 2025. They will fill up quickly with this management team in place.

Upon check in, the front desk people initially told us that there was a band playing that night. We asked if the music could be heard from our room, and they PROMISED it would be quiet since our room was on the other side of the building, far from the music venue. Not so. We heard the band ALL. NIGHT. LONG. And unfortunately, I can tell you the whole set list because I heard every song crystal clear. Rooms are also incredibly sparse and devoid of refrigerators (despite being promised one upon booking) and no bed spreads/duvets. Do not stay here.

We booked a room on booking.com with a mountain view, but when we arrived, the room was not available. We were offered another room on the other side with a kitchen. We agreed. After they gave us the key to the new room, we couldn't get into the room. We could also hear noises coming from the room, so it was probably already occupied by someone. The staff kept us waiting for about 20 minutes while they looked for another room. The whole situation was very unprofessional, the staff didn't speak English to each other and we were already very tired after a day of traveling and wanted to go to our room.
At that time, about 3 people took turns at the reception and each one started telling us different information. We were still waiting at the reception and without a room. Then we were offered the room we had been given at the beginning again and it was occupied by another guest.
After this experience we decided to get our money back and go somewhere else. The staff refused to give us a refund, saying they had a room for us. But they hadn't given us a room yet. We spent another 50 minutes calling booking.com support, where the support told us we had to sort it out with the hotel staff ourselves.
Then we returned to the hotel, where the staff promised us that they will do their best to cancel the booking.com reservation the following week and sort out the situation.
No one ever called us back, nor did we get a refund. It all sounds like some kind of scam.

I came from Germany and had a really good experience at this hotel. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, Sagar at the front desk was very patient and helpful. He made sure I understood everything and always had a smile. The owner, Ashish, was also very kind and personally checked if everything was okay during my stay of 2 days.

The housekeeping was excellent—my room was always clean and fresh. The hotel itself is peaceful and well-maintained. Even with the language difference, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Highly recommend this place, especially for international travelers!

😁✌🏻Had a wonderful stay! Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Ashish, the manager at the front desk, was incredibly welcoming, and the adorable piano setup added a charming touch. Mayank was extremely helpful throughout my stay—his service truly stood out. I also received 10% off on food from their in-house restaurant, which was delicious and delivered right to my room. The room was spotless, and the staff were consistently polite and attentive. A warm, comfortable experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for quality service and comfort!
