We had to remediate our garage ceiling and some walls due to asbestos found in the joint compound. After doing some research, I hired Mike from Lionsgate Environmental for the job.
Mike was excellent in his communication and very fair with his pricing. He ensured all work was done in accordance with current WorkSafeBC procedures, including properly sealing the affected areas and putting up the necessary signage.
While we experienced a few minor timing hiccups, Mike remained committed to completing the job thoroughly and professionally. He cleaned up after the work was done and provided us with clear air sample results and a clearance letter, allowing us to move forward with our renovations.

We recently bought an older home with plans to renovate. Upon having our drywall tested to obtain a building permit we discovered we had Asbestos in our drywall compound. This caused a lot of stress due to the health implications with Asbestos. We contacted Mike Berry at Lionsgate Environmental, his professional attitude and knowledge of Asbestos Remidiation put us at ease.
