So I hired Lana about a year back to keep books for my business, Evolve Medical Spa. At the time, she was supposed to help me pay off my taxes and get back on track. Fast forward a year, and Lana has accomplished nothing.

The worst part; the majority of the information on her website is false. Lana was silly enough to CC me into a very rude email with my husband, at which point I terminated her services.

Lana failed to complete my employee T4s, and has had errors across the board. She has also slapped my data into a "xero" file, that has missing information. It also took her about 6 months before she sent out a bill.

When I called the CBP to report her, I was notified that she is, in fact, not certified through the CBP.

Lana has not responded to any of the new requests my new Book Keeper has made to extract or transfer data.

I am in the midst of seeking legal advice, should my information not be reachable.

I found out the hard way how unreliable this business or individual is. Don't let this happen to you or your business.

**UPDATE**
even her response to this review is unprofessional and undignified. My business has dealt with massive undue stress due to her negligent and unapologetic approach. Your attempt to drop clients right before Tax Time, is not right of refusal. That's you knowing we busted for not doing your job the whole year. My current book keeper has had YEARS of a mess to tidy. I wish Lana all the best and hope she creates better business relationships moving forward.
