If you are a private lender and have received a Bankruptcy notification by Tom Locke on behalf of your investor /debtor, be very careful when he asks to you to chat on the phone. He will fish out for information to only help his client. He asked me to wait until closer to expiration of the bankruptcy discharge deadline to file for opposition, and he is not very honest and will pretend to be neutral all the time. I made that mistake, and he is using the information I sent him to help his client. He will also make up stories which cannot be corroborated.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tom on two occasions.
Tom assisted me in making a proposal to a credit card company to make principal payments only, no interest, with a fixed monthly payment till the balance due was paid off.

Then he recently assisted me with a bankruptcy, as I was in major financial problems, as I result of my own irresponsible money management.

Tom and Billie Jo, have always been very professional, very polite on the phone and very caring, understanding people. Tom has given me a lot of tools to make my financial life much easier to handle and deal with.

I can't say enough about Tom. He helped me clear up my debt and steered me in the right direction to re-establish my credit rating and re-gain financial stability. I have had a major weight lifted off my shoulders by Tom and his team. Professionalism is there moto. I wasn't judged, just helped through my personal misfortune. He is easy to talk to listing all the information I had to supply. My wife and myself sleep at night thanks to Tom. I wonder if the negative reviewer works for another trustee?
