Recognizing the need for a business coach, then trying to find one, are two big feats. To find one that is a perfect fit, is an even harder one. Rick has gone above and beyond our expectations. Even only having a couple of sessions, we have already seen big changes in how the team communicates and deals with daily challenges. The team are actually coming together! It’s positive and exciting to know that coaching works! Rick is patient, kind, considerate, flexible and an extremely positive and knowledgeable individual. Rick was brought in by BDC to be the consultant for developing a Strategic Plan for Grassroots Landscaping in Medicine Hat.
As it was the first time any of the team involved had been through a planning process we were unsure what to expect as we navigated the process and the planning workshops.
I can say that Rick, his team, and team at BDC exceeded all expectations that I had going in!
