Horrible...Horrible..Horrible!!! Bathroom ceiling still not fixed. Leak from tenant above occurred in April....here we are...last week of August. Took pics of ceiling over our balcony in February during a rainstorm...shows bulges and water run off. Sent them to the property Manager....Dawn Ramanuskus....recent pics in July....nobody has come to check the integrity of that ceiling. Called and left a voicemail 1 week addressing these concerns...haven't heard back. BUYER BEWARE...DO NOT BUY IN THIS BUILDING!!! CONDO FEES ARE OVER $300 FOR OUR UNIT. THE CITY OF BRANTFORD MAINTAINS HARMONY...THERE IS NO ON SITE PARKING OR STORAGE LOCKERS. THE STATE OF OUR HALLWAYS IS SHAMEFUL.

Just an awful company to manage homes. They never return calls. Just got ANOTHER notice to renew parking leases yet they have never even followed through in previous years. The notice has an email to contact them yet doesnt exist the number to reach them has a prompt to go to voicemail but doesnt actually go anywhere. They had crews in to do work in our yards that was never completed.

The most useless property company. All bark but no bite. They send out notices about how things should be done and don't enforce it. No idea how to manage anything. I wish we can change to another company, the 9 years I've been with them, they have been completely useless. Don't go to a building where they run things.

Useless. Manage our condo property...have to ask myself what my condo fees go towards. Snow removal only at 80% (they come at night when EVERY car is in the lot) Grass cutting is only 80% complete as they only clear parts of the common area driveway). Nothing of worth for my hundreds of fees per month.
