Magnum York managed our property from the initial stages of development, and during that time, they were responsive and proactive in their communication. When Logel completed construction and Cindy Groom was with the company, the management team consistently kept us informed and provided timely updates.

However, since Cindy Groom's departure, the quality of communication and management has significantly declined. Important issues, such as elevator lockouts during move-ins or move-outs, have occurred without any prior notice, leaving residents stranded in the lobby or on their floors. There have also been instances of break-ins to storage units and parking garage doors being stuck open for over 24 hours, all with no security measures or communication about plans for resolution.

Unfortunately, since Russette Pack took over management, with Ashley Anderson as his assistant, there seems to be a noticeable lack of engagement and support for the condo community. This change in leadership has left residents feeling disconnected and uncertain about the handling of ongoing concerns within the property. Communication has become non-existent, and the overall management of the condo community appears to be neglected.

We hope that Magnum York will take these concerns seriously and work to restore the level of service and support that was initially provided.

Magnum York Property Management LTD, have been in charge of my Condominium Building for longer than I care to remember.

They have provided sub standard management for most of their tenure here, in my opinion

Magnum York Management have been extremely difficult to contact, reason with and unprofessional. Along with The Condominium Board, they both ignored multiple safety/fire hazardous risks inside The Kensington building for months and manage to turn the underground yearly parkade cleaning, into a total fiasco

If I could recommend them, I would. I cant. They have been awful, inefficient, incapable and inept at their very best in my experience,

Don't touch them with a Barge Pole.

My experience with Magnum York has been disappointing, to say the least. On two occasions, they failed to book the elevator as scheduled, resulting in us having to move via the staircase—a significant inconvenience. Attempts to reach their office or communicate with Ashley Anderson have been equally frustrating; despite numerous emails, phone calls, voicemails, and messages over the past month, I have yet to receive a single response. If you're considering purchasing a unit managed by Magnum York, I would advise careful consideration.

I’ve rented with Magnum for 20yrs. Unfortunately the owners of my property wanted to sell the unit. This was devastating news, however Trish walked me through the entire process and was my lifesaver through the whole experience. She handled everything professionally and respectfully. I would recommend Magnum York and Trish to help anyone who is trying to find a rental property. Thank you Trish!

Logel Homes should make note on using Magnum as the Management company for their condos in Seton. The buildings that are between 1 and 4 years look like crap already. The walls and carpets are so damaged; it looks like its been here for years. Embarrassing to have visitors over. Oh and visitors parking should just be changed to tenants parking. Because any of my visitors have had to park on the street. I pay my condo fee to have that perk for my company Magnum has not come up with a plan on how to keep visitors parking just for visitors. The outside of the buildings and windows have never been cleaned. It's a sad thing when the windows are disgusting. We have had many many security issues and they just continue as again Magnum is no where to be found. The amount of condos put up for sale again because this complex is a sad state of affairs. Logel I suggest you find a better company for your new builds

This team would never apologize or even admit it if they made a mistake calling people out which is so unprofessional. They think they’re always right just because they’re the property management and they would try and argue if you’re the one who call them out which is so visible in the other reviews here. No effective communication. They should get a training to effectively communicate or even “learn” how to apologize. I would give no star if I can.

This is the worst property management company we have ever dealt with as a realtor's office. I called 3 times - no reply - I have emailed twice - no reply. I have been waiting since approximately Sept 26 (when I sent the last email) - and no response as of today - it's been 2 weeks. You get voicemail every time you call. This is ridiculous! I would hate to see what happened if this was absolutely urgent!
