Incredibly satisfied with the work and customer service provided by Martino HVAC.
This time we got a heat pump put in our property. We knew a lot about heat pumps already but the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful at explaining the pros, things to consider and scheduling our installation. They were always very communicative and polite. We worked with Elias and he made everything feel like a breeze.
The actual installation was wonderful too, the staff kept us informed about the process, were very polite and nice and they even left the site cleaner than it was.
We are very pleased and will be calling them again for any yearly service or changes we need at home.

Martino HVAC is a class act! When our furnace needed servicing this month, the technician was there quickly, diagnosed the issue, explained it clearly, and got the system going again. Manager Elias followed up by phone, giving me further details. He also recommended their service plan, which I calculated will actually save me money compared to my approach up to now, which had been to pay for servicing and annual tune-up separately. I signed up. Since we had our heating and AC installed by Martino, every interaction we’ve had with them has been great! Elias and his staff provide excellent communication and support! They are a textbook exemplar of how to do customer care right.

I worked with Martino HVAC over the past year to install a heat pump. Originally we started during the previous Enbridge home efficiency rebates and had to put plans on pause when the program shut down. Upon the program restarting Martino reached out to me and briefed me on the new details in addition to the new features that Enbridge was offering.

Working closely with me we selected the system that was right for me and it was installed almost immediately after selecting. The system works great with my current furnace and I'm excited to see my gas bills drop down.

I would like to commend the two service technicians, Justin and Tom, who installed a Navien NCG-190/060 Combi Boiler on 22 Nov 2023. The weather that day was ridiculously cold, windy and rainy - absolutely horrible conditions for the exterior portion of the installation. Despite the misery, they continued on their merry way to get everything done professionally without so much as a justifiable complaint. The entire installation experience, including working with the attentive and patient service manager Elias, was top notch and I was glad we selected Martino as the service provider.

The communication with them was amazing, price was very competitive. They are trustworthy not selling us anything we did not need. After service is amazing as well. We will always use Martino as our go to provider. They have in the past installed a propane furnace and the service was amazing as well.
