Terrible company!!! I put a deposit down and was told by Silvia Chamorro the deposit was just for an approval, and if I decided to move in, it would be put towards my damage deposit, otherwise it would be returned to me.
A day later, I decided the place wasn't for my children and me. I asked for my deposit back. Silvia Chamorro stated the deposit of $700.00 was not refundable, regardless of whether I moved in and would not return it. Needless to say to I reported her to the Residential Tenancies Agency, and she was demanded to return my deposit. No property management company is eligible to keep your deposit, especially when you haven't even moved in.

We sign contract with Ironclad properties a year ago, during that time marwest bought the property and toke over

From that point things are going south…. Raise is rent, parking outdoor 90 CAD!!!!!!!! Indoor 180!!!! Who pays so much for parking in the city!?

Common areas are no longer free to use but with extra pay, not only that, but they actually give us separate contract to sign after we signed the lease agreement! Who does that?

Service is beyond worse!

If we only knew we would never! Never! Signed with marwest!

At least we know exactly from who to avoid.

I am NOT HAPPY. Landlord wants to increase rent by 10% (ALMOST 5 TIMES THE LEGAL LIMIT). I've been renting with marwest for over 3 years with no issues until now. I know many people will appeal this. How is this legal?

very poor management and staff is very rude not ready to help also deal with different price for renewal of agreement, will not recommend anyone as so many problem with cleanness and washer / dryer not working for more than 1 month on floor .
