Constantly breaking residential tenancies act… see you guys in court! It’s frustrating I’ve paid my rent on time always, was a good tenant, left the unit in amazing condition as the move out report also said. Didn’t get my deposit until 30 days after I moved out and it is short $150. Says because of damages. What damages there has been no claim lol and it was over a month ago.
My advice for anyone considering to use McCor: DO NOT. Save yourself the headache and constant need to remind ppl of laws and how to do their jobs.

I lived in 30 Bison for two years. The all units are so called one-bedroom but believe me it is not even a suite! In winter the parking spots are full of snow, no one care about. You have to remove the snow by your self and the funny thing is that you will pay a rent for parking!! It is pet friendly, but after leaving they not only won’t your deposit back but also will charged you because they think the unit needs to be sanitized because you have pets!!! So what does pet friendly means?!!! They will charged you because they want to, without any agreement!!! Consider you are paying the rent monthly. As an example I have paid them more than 24000 for two years! And they charged me again! They want more! Such a terrible and awful company

CityPlace Sunday… around 2:30pm I’m standing in line waiting for order to get served, and suddenly an older man in blue uniform McCor approached to pick up his order and suddenly gets mad, though he knows I’m a head on the line.. I’m not impressed with that staff this should be addressed by the HR insternally otherwise he will do this often., Very disappointed very unprofessional…An Older guy with no respect to people such a joke..

Please take few minutes to read my review before leasing a property with this compony as it would potently save you time and money.

Me and my Boyfriend have been looking for a place to rent and came across 399 Stan Bailee, we liked all the options and the price and called to book a viewing.
Few days past and we came in to do our viewing and we have decided to give the leasing manger ( Krista) the green light for the apartment and filed all that was asked by us (included the deposit).

We have got a phone call after a day or so to bring our deposit to the office on Portage ave. And from here everting went downhill the second they got our money. We have been calling for days and over a week after giving away our deposit, and no one would answer the phone, keep in mind we have shared that we are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment and our lease from a deferent place is ending June30th, and it was already closer to the 10th of June, and did let the leasing manger know that we are in a very much rash to get an approval which she was insuring we will get when we give the deposit.

As I was saying, it have been 10 days since and we still haven't heard anything back and I wish it was a joke, we called over 40 times, and still NOTHING.
We finally got in touch with another lady I think Loise, and we were told that the other leasing manger-Krista got fired and this is why we haven't heard nothing in days. AND on top of that, apparently she lost our deposit and our application and as well as of dozen other applicants.

We were told by Loise, not to worry about the deposit and to re apply again for the 2 bedroom apartment as we were originally applying to. She said as we were already applied and we were in a rash to move she will proses the application the same day, latest the next day by 10AM, and that she will call us back by 10AM.Sure to say we haven't heard anything back not the same day or the next day as promised to us.

Again, we were calling and calling and AGAIN NO ONE IS ANSWERING. We finally got in touch with her, and then said that all 2 bedrooms are gone.

We haven't got a single sorry for all of the troubles that this compony have caused us, and all the time and energy that was spent.

I was never in my life had this kind of issues with any compony, save to say I would NEVER recommend this compony to anyone.

McCor recently purchased the apartment building I currently live in (399 Stan Bailie) and ever since they have taken over things have been awful. They won’t deal with any problems in the building (excessively noise neighbours for example) and generally are super difficult to get a hold of.

My lease ended in September and I haven’t received my deposit back until today(November 7th). They’ve break The Residential Tenancies Act and I’m going to do something with it.

Parking lot is horrible. No visitors parking as tenants park in them. Including handicap spots with no handicap placard in window. Not a guest friendly building. On site management doesn’t seem to care.
