Is it standard operating procedure for McLean & Company to call out-of-country, non-customers, and individuals who are not affiliated with your company several times a week unsolicited? Also is it SOP to not leave a voicemail with information on who you are, what the purpose of your call is, and how to properly reach the appropriate party if I decide to contact you? The services you advertise are too vague and organized in such a way that gives an objectively negative impression. This, paired with many reviews which are written by current employees, makes you seem untrustworthy with predatory business practices.

The training program is robust and prepares you well for the job, you are always learning even on the job and it never gets boring. The leadership is approachable and the company has solid foundation of support and growth within the company. The company has a great corporate culture and it's something that can be identified in every individual employee. Worst class ever. Instructor didn’t engage with class during online discussion. The material has to be downloaded and printed on your own and then it want sizing properly so some of the info would get cut off. The instructor clearly had no experience to teach the material. The instructor was asked about her qualifications and what great leaders that have gone through the course and none could be listed other then the research was done by a third party.

Not very helpful at all to me that is. I would also be careful of the employee erin shepherd this person brings toxicity to the workplace environment when she was working at the bartells group of companies many employees had difficulty working with her she is a liar and a fake individual
