Very disappointed with this property management company. I have owned numerous properties with management companies and not a single one has been this poor. My condo is sitting with water damage (roof leak) for over a month now and not a single person has returned my countless phone calls. I would go as far as to not purchase any additional properties under this management company. DO NOT use this company. I will now have to spend countless hours on the board of our condo to try to bring in another company. This kind of business practice borders on fraudulent.

Had my issues over the years but was willing to tolerate. Got a new property manager that was botching oversight of balcony work that meant I couldn't use my balcony for 6 weeks (was told 1 week). I sent several emails complaining. The property manager called me up to rant at me and then hung up before I could say anything. Her boss backed her up when I complained.

What is the point of calling someone if you don't intend to let them speak?! Just send an email. Very childish.

Update (response to reply): I'm not complaining about being informed of communication channels, but the rude and childish manner it was handled in, which your company seems to support or not care about.

We would NEVER recommend this property management even to our worst enemy! They insulated parts of our building with plastic bags, there was mold through out our building from a leaking roof which was never taken care of, the windows leaked in my unit and mold developed right above where my 2 year old sons head was while asleep. It was like pulling teeth to get them to remove it and when they finally did they never repaired the holes in the walls in each room. The railing they had on our patio was not up to code (new property management are fixing ). I can go on and on in regards to how terrible this management company is, but we've wasted enough time and money on them.

To all the condo boards out there, save your self some stress, money and possibly medical expenses and run from this company!!

These people are some of the most shady, dishonest and lazy companies you can do business with. Do not let them into your building by doing business with them. They will take your money and do abosultely the bare minimum. Their communication also is horrific. Look elsewhere for someone to manage your property. If MCM is managing your building try looking for an alternative immediately before you have a crisis, because that is when you will see what you have been paying for. Their managed buildings start to look trashy and rundown after a while.

This property managment company is so disappointingly awful.

They have given 1 days notice to move vehicles, gain access to residents, and threatened to charge for non compliance.

Their apartment rules are ridiculous (ex. You are not allowed to have decorations on your balcony). Not only that, but it's is disappointing that they recently made deliberate new rules to make environmentally friendly commuting harder. They removed the bike racks in the parking garage, banned bicycles from being stored in residence or parking spots, and finally made it so if you wanted to park you bike anywhere in the building you had to pay a monthly fee.

The thing that really summarizes there service and commitment to their residents is in the following event. My car was broken into in the underground parking garage. They smashed my window and took some of the belongings. When I advised Ming from MCM of the event she seemed very inconvenienced that I called to report the incident on a Sunday. I asked for the camera footage so i could file a police report, which I was told would take 24 hours to acquire... It has been 7 days now and still no word after following up twice. When I asked what I should do with the smashed glass everywhere I was told to clean it up myself.

If you have a choice, which I don't, do not use this company as they will not keep your best interests in mind and will undoubtedly let you down.

I have lived in one of the managed buildings going on three years, no huge issues in this building but recently, and I do have a signed contact of $1300.00/month to be taken out of my account; somehow they took out 1508. and put me into an overdraft position. The extra charge was for plumbers....the whole building has been having issues with plumbing and they did come to my unit twice because of issues upstairs....oh they did exchange my tap in the kitchen because it was leaking...don't think that would have been charged back to me....I'm still trying to get my money back from them.....they keep saying it was to be charged back to me....why? Am I paying for someone else ARG I never called a freakin' plumber!!!!

Our condo building uses this company. I would never recommend them. The company doesn’t know anything about communication. They have 3 different emergency phone # and I called all 3 and no one answered any of them. If anyone went to their office you would see how messy is the office. Min’g office is the worst. I gave 1 star as the option for 0 star is not available. Please DO not use this company as you will regret it.

Watch your money
They are managiny our condo's monthly condo fees. 4 months ago I notified of the change in my bank account information. They neglected to process it tried to take money from my closed account. 4 months later they notified me of the issue with $ 200 in apparent NSF fees and also interest. I was never notified of any delinquent payments until 4 months later. This is all fraudulent and MCM just trying to steal your $$$$
