Very good customer service, very helpful staff, I purchased an 8x10 garden shed package in the spring of 2024, everything arrived on time, the package was complet and construction was very simple, an excellent shed for the price, and friendly helpful staff.

Had a very rude and terrible front deck cashier in dauphin that gave me such a hard time on my returns and few days before I came in for few invoices to pay them and she had me running to the back desk like 3 times because she’s so unorganized will not be coming back here if I can go to coop instead

I went to Mcmunn and Yates today on Mcphillips st My wife and I went in to look at doors and windows . In the first 10 minutes we were looking around not one person came and asked us if they could assist us . So I saw 3 employees standing at counter and asked to see the door specialist so we could get some info. They said that guy went to lunch and wont be back today. It was 1:37 pm in the afternoon . all 3 went back to yakking and never had the decency to even offer to help me in the slightest way.
I am an ex employee of this company and i feel so sad that this company treats potential customers like this . I hope that the owners get to read this and get back to me shortly. Todays date is Feb 7 2024

Over priced and quality of lumber is getting pathetic. I would rather go anywhere else than here. Not as helpful as they used to be. Staff need tons of training.
