Melanie is a terrible and selfish property manager. She will lie to you about everything and promise you a lot just to go back on her words. She will finesse money from you. She made my experience finding a rental a living hell. This is a fraud money stealing company. She also told me that she deletes all her negative reviews.

Melanie is a thief, a cheater and a liar. Never ever trust her. She will change her statement while she is in a conversation with you. She steals rents, fees, appliances etc., whatever she can. Look into the details when she invoices, as lot of her personal expenses will be added to your bill as well. FYI all 5 star ratings on google are from her personal contacts, not genuine clients.

MD LEASING IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Melanie misrepresented me and misappropriated funds, leaving me with no choice but to pursue legal action against her to the fullest extent of the law.

She got a tenant through airbnb and then switched to personal payment. now this dispute has left us without a legal rental agreement. Simply unprofessional. Please think twice before considering her.

When I initially signed the contract with Melanie - MD Leasing, I received pretty good service& responses for about 3 months. However, I was not advised on the correct rent rate in the area (being a 1st time landlord) which already had me at a disadvantage. Anyways, after those 3 months, it has been an absolute nightmare. She hasn't been returning my calls or texts or emails; still owes me 2 months of rent that was collected from the tenants. once in 30/45 days she will give me a time when she will pay me back, from Jan, then end of Feb. Now we are end of June & she hasn't returned the money. Because of her non-responsiveness, I cannot take any next steps with my tenant either.

Response to Owner - to whom ever is responding to my review: I am amazed that you are still lying & I am still awaiting the payments.
