We moved to Mi Property Portal almost a year ago and have been very pleased with the experience so far. The onboarding process was excellent and they were very patient and always available to guide us through the transition. The user interface is very nice and the system is very easy to use and helps us keep track of all rent payments, lease renewals and owner payments and account maintenance. The option of sending and receiving online payments is an added bonus and a very useful feature for us. Customer service is great and always available when needed. Overall, we are very satisfied and would highly recommend without any hesitation.

MiPP has been the backbone of our property management services for years now and it is a fantastic piece of software. Coordinating maintenance and service requests and tracking information for both tenants and properties has never been easier and the development team is quick and responsive to requests to improve or add features to streamline our workflow.

The software is glitchy and often has problems. It logs you out several times a day, sometimes several times within minutes. Singlekey applications are great; however, are now completed outside of this platform so you have to put the information in twice to run the report. It is certainly a lower cost software. Cost does not outweigh productivity so we will be searching for another program in the near future.

You do not see tickets because most of my issues have gone directly to Jahangir. I reported issues back in 2023 that still have not been resolved including a refund, speak to Jahangir. You have invited me to several training sessions; however, my schedule does not work with your schedule. You need to look at the software, I am well aware of how reports work and duplication is definitely necessary. I set up the prospective tenant, then click send screening report and it redirects me to SingleKey website where I have to put in all the information again. It never used to be like that, but it is now. Although the benefit is, if you go straight through SingleKey the report is much more comprehensive.
