I am the Seller that Ms. Melanie Shams reports Milman & Company failed to do their duties, but in fact it was the Title agency that failed to advance the holdback funds to the IRS in a timely manner resulting in penalty. As a result, the blame was passed around however, Milman & Company was hired my myself, the Sellers, and they fulfilled their duties protecting our interest in the transaction.

Milman and Company Chartered Accountants failed to perform the duties they were employed to do by the sellers of a home I purchased, which nearly cost me $900 due to their negligence. Disappointing and unprofessional.
