Constant harassment by one particular woman staff member. As customers we have spent alot of money as well as donated many items. To still be harassed, followed, ignored when asking for help and being told we are wrong when items aren't tagged. She then adds a price that's astronomical compared to other times in that section. I have never felt so patronized in an unprofessional matter, when shopping in a thrift store. Either love your job or quit your job.

Never had a bad experience at any of their locations, but this is the one I'm at most. Prices most of the time are really reasonable, staff has always been friendly to me. I like that they have a discounted price aisle for items that linger there, unlike other thrift stores. I've also spent a little extra on their glass case items, I've found any antiques they have there are priced fairly, even if it's a higher price point than their other stock. Overall a positive experience every time I'm in, will continue to keep coming back.
