Make sure to call them directly to sort issues/matters out. They tried hard to keep us happy and safe but not enough is done by individual landlord that works with the company. Rented from them for 3 years in a student house for university. Basic necessities were not met (whether that’s because of them or the landlord) we were left with no heat and/or hot water (multiple occasions and for multiple days), charged extra fees throughout living in the house (ex. Cleaning fee), and damage charges from the landlord once we moved out for matters and affairs that should’ve been dealt with while living there. This company is doing their best but sadly some individuals within are unable keep orders/invoices/requests/emails/maintenance visits organized or prioritized.

Just had the worst experience EVER and would never recommend using this company because of it... I was over qualified for a particular property... but I absolutely loved it... Wasn't feel well when the lady called me... Still spoke to them because I didn't want miss out. The way the woman spoke to me and the way they treated me as a client was unacceptable. Missed out on the property that I have been waiting for for months... Super irritating. Shame on them. At the end of the day... its their loss. That woman should not be working with the public tho! Should be fired. Terrible company. Would recommend for others to use any other company, but this one.

Do not rent with them. They cannot keep their files organized, will look for ways to scam you on cleaning fees (during residency), and are extremely slow in responding and fixing issues. If you have the opportunity to rent elsewhere, I suggest you do so without hesitation. I would not recommend the headaches and costs to anyone.

Great customer service and they take serious matters seriously. I won’t say what matters, but they listened to me.

They did the right thing because I knew the law better than my old housemates. Truth is I admire them and as a Canadian business man, I would do business with them in the future.

I have paid my rent each and every month usually a few days in advance. They have threatened to sue me and other people in the house for what ends up being THEIR FAULT. I will be warning everyone who asks me about their services about their in-ability to track payments and unnecessary language and threats used. For the amount of stress they put you through it is better to go with another service. As a university student who is quite busy I don't have time to be responding to their emails threatening to sue me every other month and then end up apologizing to me after the realize it was their fault like it was nothing. Save your threats for people who are actually behind on rent. If I could upload photos of the emails they send I would, however google isn't currently letting me. (If I could give 0 stars I would)

If you’re a student RUN AWAY, my sister lived in one of their properties and they would try to take advantage of them in every single way possible. The funny thing is once it would be problems with the house or something in regards that mizrentals needed to fix, they would take days to weeks to respond with very vague and non helpful answers. She very fortunately moved and got away but was still a stressful time. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I’m also reading the way they are replying to bad reviews and it’s amazing how unprofessional they are and how little they take responsibility. Answering these reviews as if they’re in high school in a fight with another student, and constantly resorting to pulling out the “you’re being racist” card because they know themselves they are a scam. Truly should show you what this company is about.

They are very knowledgeable of the rental business market trends in the areas of Fonthill and Welland and provide expert advice on market trends to guide us in our future investment decisions. They manage our rental properties as if it's their own and they have our best interest all the time in managing tenant situations. They have an eye for good tenants with honest to goodness screening approach. Their lead generation strategy has been very effective resulting in more viewings for my property.
