The HR Staff are not experienced to review the profiles. especially senior profiles. One girl who is completely inexperienced had posted a role in Linkedin and then deleted when I shared the feedback. She reviewed and came back to me I am not fit for the job. But literally whatever she argued I have experience. This shows that she is not even reviewing the profile. They post the role. They collect the resumes and then they say profile is not shortlisted. She is an Intern and she is doing the review of head of the department roles which is completely unprofessional and keeps arguing. Hope management takes note of this and keep people with some sense! I will never trust this company for anything.

Such a worse company. There is one Mr. Sadafb who spoils everyone's career. He abuses everyone in his daily stupid calls. He is a known political person who does not know any A B C on recruiting and cannot even do a single recruitment(He never did that in his career). Management supports him and worse , there is no principle or ethics with the company as management listens to Mr.Sadafb who keeps people who only entertain him in any way and abuses and harasses others no matter how hardworking or sincere people are.Please do not work for the company as long as Sadafb is there and never ever work for Sadafb or MM management! PERIOD!

Me and My wife both get perfect solution from Mr. Mauzam (MD - MM Management) as we were struggling to get a response from other consultants. We had inquired about poland work permit and started our process. We got our visa before given deadline. He is professional and so the staff members are. He can guide you just like senior member of a family.
MM Management is best and only solution provider rather than being a consultant.
