We used Mr. Junk to remove our hot tub. Booking was easy and they were able to come when we needed them. The gentlemen who came to remove the tub arrived on time, were pleasant and made a hard job look easy. We would not hesitate to use Mr. Junk again in the future.

I can't rate this company highly enough. I wish there were more stars. In the midst of a family crisis we needed their immediate help and they were caring, professional, punctual and efficient. Sue Miller who I dealt with on the phone was informed and helpful on many levels as we managed our crisis. They are a great team and highly recommended.

Very polite and quick i have autism so i some times feel judged around people because i am aware i have odd/quirky behavior around people i dont know and did not feel judged at all im going to be calling again as i have more stuff that needs to go and i actually hate tipping culture and refuse to tip but this is the one time I wish I could of left a tip as they did a great job

I highly recommend the people at Mr. Junk North Bay! They have helped me on two occasions declutter in preparation for a move. Both times they were very professional, super friendly, fast and efficient! Sue in the office is a delight to talk to and accommodated my specific needs and junk removal dates. The movers call ahead (just as advertised) and they are cheerful and they get the job done so quickly, it's amazing! The fees are reasonable and I will definitely rely on this company again in the future. Great Team !!!
