I have a terrible experience with this company. I had a particular issue regarding my case and i let hossein Daneshyar now that CRA was asking for a lot of documents regarding my divorce. He mentioned it will not be an issue anf he will be able to handle it and they charged me over 300 dollars to do my taxes and said everything will be fine. I trusted hossein as he was recommended by my partner. it has been a month now and my tax return still in process. I try to call hossein but he doesnt answer my calls neither my emails. I hope they did not scam me and i am hoping my issue gets fixed. Meanwhile CRA never answers as they have no employees. Watch out for this company as they dont have integrity and they do not wish to help. They are there just for the money

I have received excellent service and value from Mark and his staff over 9 years. Mark is available for phone calls and freely gives advice. I believe the company lost a few staff 4 years ago right during tax time, and expect it is why all the poor reviews occurred 4 years ago. Within anyone's control too is submitting his or her files as early as possible.

Mark, the owner, is a highly professional accountant, whom I have been entrusting with my filing for several years. He is also a very warm, kind, attentive person. That combination is rare nowadays, so he will forever be in charge of doing my taxes. I trust him 100% and have been very impressed with his professionalism, rapidity of my filing and efficiency.

I would leave 0-stars if possible.

This past year alone we received over 5 separate notices from CRA advising us of errors in our tax filing, which then resulted in us having to pay back unexpected monies in the thousands.

To make matters worse, when we tried contacting Mark for explanations and guidance, he never acknowledged our repeated emails or calls - and since we are currently living overseas, we can’t exactly pop into the office.

The CRA case manager even specifically advised us AGAINST using Mark again, if at all possible.

I despise leaving negative reviews because I always like to hope the business was just having an off moment, but the lingering errors and refusal to communicate leaves this as absolutely the worst and most stressful experience with taxes - ever.

I'm at this moment sitting and waiting for my taxes to be completed by MSH accounting. They have had my documents for tax preparation since February. It seems the only way that they will prepare my taxes for me is if I am sitting and waiting in their office for them to be done. I have been calling for weeks with no returned phone calls and coming in person to check on my taxes. Next year I will just do quick tax because this firm is not worth the hassle. Last year they completed my tax return promptly. I'm not sure what's going on this year but they have definitely lost me as a client. Will not be using their services again and do not recommend them.

Worst company I have ever used. Got my taxes prepared with them and then waited for my return. After 5 1/2 weeks I called to find out if there was a problem To my surprise they forgot to send it in. Their response
was we would have eventually found it. They did not want to hear my complaint and basically hung up on me. After several phone calls, I got them to refund me what I paid them. Its my own fault for not checking their google reviews. I would give them zero if I could.
