Horrible management. They are disrespectful, condescending, arrogant, and very difficult to deal with. The guards are just as bad as management itself.

I have made complaints in regards to their security who continues to use foul language and mistreat tenants and visitors. I had a recording of a guard calling me names and nothing was done. They defended the guard and I was taunted and laughed at for months by the guard.

Again recently, when potential tenants I was trying to lease the property to came to visit. Another guard used foul language and I lost the clients as potential tenants due to the guards behaviour. When reported to management the guard lied and management supported the lies of this guard with no evidence.

Prior to that a male guard had used my contact information to personally text me at 2am in the morning trying to hit on me which I have saved the messages but I did not report it due to the fact that management has a history of dismissing my complaints and don’t want to upset this guard as I am a female who lives in the unit alone at the time.

Another incident there was several break ins into vehicles and management refused to put a memo out warning tenants which lead to my vehicle being broken into weeks later. And still they refused to send out a memo or email warning tenants.

Another incident a guard left a voicemail and you could hear him giving someone my unit number when I was not home. The person saw an ad on Facebook market for my unit and came to the building despite me cancelling the viewing. I had not given them the unit number but yet the guard gave out my information putting my safety at risk.

Another incident service my dog and I were both bitten by another dog in the unit and they kicked my dog out and banned him and did nothing to the other dog who I provided evidence against of the bite marks and damage caused. They used my dog barking as an excuse to ban him and threatened to take me to court stating I would have to pay for their lawyer fees.

I can go on about all the things they have done to me and provide evidence to support all my claims. The board supports the management specifically Carrie Cowton and Deepak Rani and management covers up the acts of the guards calling me a liar and all the witnesses I provide liars as well.

Something needs to be done about this. They should not be allowed to treat owners like this or behave in such a manner.
