I believe this is functional only for certain period in the year. I got the Winter skates and enjoyed skating for first time in Canada. However I think it might feel little too crowded for some but neverthless still enjoyable if you enjoy skating and are up for a challenging skate game where your Only Mission "If you choose to Accept it" is to make sure you do not bump into another Human! Lol.

Went with a group of friends today and the quality of the skate rentals were horrible. First the ice wasn't well kept, with that many people skating there should be more frequent ice maitenance. Second, the boots were loose and were in a dangerous quality to be used on ice, I, a decent skater, was struggling to use the skates. My 4 friends and I also had to exchange them a couple times for loose boots, and size differences, and I went up several times for my friends since they're shy and I'm more extroverted than them, and one of the employees was extremely rude to me and my friends, yelling at us and everything, just because I kept coming to exchange the skates that we need in good condition to skate properly and safely. She only stopped being mad at us when I had to raise my voice back at her. Thanks for ruining the mood of that trip and for making the experience worse for us. PLEASE get new skates that are safer to wear.

Stuffs are extremely rude and scammers, be aware of them. The ice skating boots stunk, and they are not telling that the boots are just for 2 hours verbally so when you return the boots they are charging 20 bucks extra. Such a bad experience and doesn’t worth even a single penny.

one staff member was entirely rude to me and my group for changing skates and accused us of ‘sharing skates’ when all of us INDIVIDUALLY PAID, the skates aren’t even well maintained at ALL. Not only that the same member was being snarky towards us giving us attitude and even giving us a dirty look. We were nothing but nice the entire time, no one had raised their voice or done anything, she just came out of nowhere and started being overly aggressive towards us. Nice discrimination. Letting the wrong bit touch the ice made you fully stop and almost fall face first. Same staff member blamed US for being inexperienced. Friend got the same pair I had CHANGED and almost fell after not having that issue at all because they downsized. Will not be going here ever again, they don’t maintain the ice at all.

Thanks for a horrible experience and ruining our mood !!

If you are ice skating for the first time and think ‘oh this is a nice place its cheap’ its cheap for a reason, save yourself the injury and loss of money.

Skate rental is $15 for 2 hours. I gave the cashier $20. I thought she was going to give me back $5, but I forgot to say something between handing in my ID and getting the skates. So I was scammed out of $5.

The skates aren’t very good and stink. The rink is not well maintained and looks like a charity rink.

Horrible service
rude employees serving customers and the quality of the skates sucks, they are not Sanitary and they smell really bad. There is also no refunds even if u barely skated because of an injury.
