Run away if you see the name “New Point Management” as your strata.

I have proof and documentation that the elevator has been breaking down exactly every weekend for over 15 times.

It takes them atleast 3-4 days to get it fixed . Residant’s safety and health does not matter to them. They do not care about seniors and people with medical conditions.

Every time we address the issue, they keep saying “they have sent their senior technician to fix it” and their technician does nothing but a 1 week fix

Worst Strata management ever. All they care is about increasing strata rates but don't care for maintenance and improvement.

The elevator of our building which is the only amenity of this building keeps breaking down over and over and they don't care. Takes them 2-3 days to get it fixed.

if you have seniors in your household or if you have anyone with medical conditions, please stay away from them

I'm so impressed with the responsiveness and execution of the Property Manager for my building. After having endured four different sub-par management companies, one of which unfortunately managed two separate buildings at two different times that I lived in, (great in-person, front-desk service, horrible property managers, won't name names but starts with 'K' and ends in 'I'), it is SO REFRESHING to have a strata company that not only RESPONDS but actually executes things! I had heard New Point was known for being a really good property management company and I agree whole-heartedly. Thank you!

If Nick is overviewing your strata I pray for you. He doesn't do the basic due diligence of his job. And when you do get a response a month later he just shows he barely did the minimum with out of touch follow-ups. Not supportive of bylaw enforcement.

It takes them long time to look into residents issues. They are unresponsive and ignore focusing on ongoing issues.
