Have lived in one of NT’s Clarington properties for just over a year and it’s been a pleasure.

An active board works well with the company and both the manager and our super are communicative, responsive and helpful.

My unit experienced a plumbing emergency yesterday (a Sunday, no less) and help was dispatched within the hour. From the call to the intake operator to the time things were fixed, it was professional all the way.

When I was condo shopping in 2023, this building struck me as unusually well-maintained and the last 15 months have shown me my gut was right in buying here.

Crooks, favoritism. All they care about is getting the maintenance fee. Bricks falling off the outside bottom of my garage door. Rubber for the garage door lifting up. Sent emails numerous times to the property manager about people living here taking up visitors parking , gave the license plates, they only ticket certain persons. The security I pay for they are worthless.
I took a chance and parked in visitors and got a ticket. There are people who have a garage and driveway could hold 2 other vehicles, yet parking in visitors no ticket on vehicle.
Wish I knew who in the government who made the outdated 1998 Condominium Act. Time for it to change. These board of directors are worthless only look after their friend. If O could of rated 0 stars I would.
I forgot you have a group of them who live here and think they are the neighborhood posse, sitting around drinking and smoking weed. Have to wear mask when passing them all sitting in lawn chair in driveway. There is especially the ring leader trouble maker looking woman and her sidekick old man. Watching like they own the complex, this is not a trailer park. Recruiting more for there pathetic gang trying to intimidate. They all go and park in visitors thinking this would affect me. They need to get a life SERIOUSLY thinking they own the complex even a major grocery store would not hire them. Property Management and condo board so useless was reading someone review from 2 years ago with the same issue tenants parking in visitors and nothing done. But get ticketed if parked there. This Property managrment is like a ponsey scheme.
When you let the property management know where you live and then they tell the so called condo board, then they tell the trouble makers bullies in the complex who try to intimidate.

The worst property management company I have ever seen...! that's my bad luck that our common fences broke but it's not their responsibility though they took 473 bucks every month. I haven’t seen any company charging so high without doing nothing.
They installed my front door wrongly by a so called contractor that ruined my front area..I wish I could file a complain against them

Worst management and worst manager I have seen so far in my business world. We tried calling her many times and left voice messages but she don't even bother of responding to calls or voice messages. Worst manager not fit to be in that position

Newton is refusing to take responsibility for the damages their landscapers have done to my window. The landscapers have no regard for people property when they are moving. They move the trimmer in any direction they want throwing rocks on people windows and cars. They have put a crack on my window & I have video proof clearing showing their landscapers wrecklessness in handling the trimmer and are refusing to cooperate and take any responsibility.

Terrible company - ripping people off left and right. They put a water shut off ONE FOR AN ENTIRE TOWN HOUSE COMPLEX - and charges $200+ to have their plumber come and shut off the WHOLE complex because it's not included in the $200+ a month they charge on 'condo fees' which covers absolutely nothing. This is insane that they are raising their fees annually, yet these continue to cover nothing besides 'maintaining the parkette' which no one uses in the winter.

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO EVER EXIST. THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS…JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY EVERY MONTH AND PRETTY MUCH GIVE YOU THE FINGER. THIS ‘COMPANY’ SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND HAVE THEIR LICENSE OR WHATEVER CLOWN SHOW PIECE OF PAPER THEY HAVE TO OPERATE TAKEN AWAY. IF I HAD MONEY ID TAKE THEM TO COURT FOR EVERY DOLLAR THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM ME AND THOUSANDS OF OTHERS. ZERO CLASS. ZERO RESPECT. ZERO BUSINESS SENSE
