Outstanding Service from Jeremy Brown at Niagara Planning & Consultants

I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Brown from Niagara Planning & Consultants on a Minor Variance application for my property in St. Catharines. The process was incredibly stressful and complicated, and it took almost a year to reach the hearing date.

I initially chose the wrong architect for the job, but fortunately, I found the best in the region—Jeremy Brown. His expertise and dedication were truly exceptional. Despite not having a favorable minor variance technical report from the city planning staff, Jeremy's skills and knowledge shone through during the hearing.

Jeremy's commitment and proficiency convinced the committee members of the optimal solution for my property. Remarkably, all committee members voted in favor of Jeremy's proposal, leading to the approval of my application. I am now eagerly looking forward to commencing my construction project.
