We had a wonderful experience working with Nicole and Geoff. They are both very professional and give great advice. We especially liked the fact that we could leave either of them a message and they were prompt to reply and answer our questions. The photos of our property were true and showed each room to the best advantage. Before each showing the office called to give us a heads up in plenty of time. Only one area that could may be improved on. This was a two hour Open House on a Friday night. Could have been just bad luck but we felt it wasted their time and ours. Could have just been a busy night. On the whole we would highly recommend your team. Would give you a 95/100.

Nicole was accessible for communication through email, text and calls. She was organized and with a quick 3-week closing, there was much to do. But she kept things on schedule and made sure everything was completed in a timely manner.

Even after our closing, Nicole sent a couple to texts to see how we were enjoying our new cottage life. We think Nicole Boyd is an absolute real estate rockstar and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone.
