I had the pleasure of staying in a 5 room house rented through NLCC Service Group for two years now. Throughout my stay, I experienced nothing short of exceptional service. Finding initial shelter in a foreign country was challenging. Though the landlord supported us, it came at a high cost. During the housing crisis in St. John's, my family stayed in a shared house for seven months. We then abruptly moved to a damp one-bedroom basement apartment owned by the same landlord for 45 days at an unreasonable price. Despite these difficulties, we are grateful for the support we received.

Kevin had been our landlord for more than 5 years and he was a great landlord. Whenever we had any issue, he made sure it was fixed very quickly. When we stayed out of Canada for than one month, he even lowered our rent for that month. We have moved out of that apartment but I wish him all the best.
