They took the time to listen to our needs, explain the process and products, along with helping us choose our selections (first time kitchen remodel). They really made it an enjoyable and stress free experience. The kitchen looks amazing and my husband and I could not be happier. We are so pleased with the new layout (utilizing the entire space) and the products. Overall, Norcab provided a great experience that we would highly recommend!

Norcab Kitchen and Millwork is bar none one of the best companies that we have ever dealt with. We have just completed our second kitchen with them. Yes, second!!!! From the design process to the planning to the installation, everything was perfect. Few companies offer such high levels of service with excellent communication, skills and craftsmanship. July 2024 update. My kitchen is in 2.5 years now and it still looks like new. A few months ago I damaged the door of one of my kitchen cupboards slightly and I was quite annoyed with myself. I contacted Norcab and they restored the cabinet door perfectly. Just this month the under cabinet lighting remote was not working correctly. The same 2 installers who installed our kitchen were passing nearby and came the same day and reset the remote. (They were just finished for the week as they get to work a 4 day week at Norcab which shows they consider their employees’ work/life balance) It’s an amazing family owned company and we highly recommend them for your new kitchen.
Dec 2021 - Lorelee and Norcab did a fantastic job of designing and installing our new kitchen. I have had several comments from guests that the quality is very good. They provide a lovely 3d drawing of the finished product - my only disappointment was that the lighting in thr floating shelf above the sink (which was shown in the drawing) needed to be ordered separately …. and I didn’t know that it was not included. Loralee did her best to rectify this by having 2 pot lights installed above the top floating shelf but the bottom shelf is in darkness. My best advice is to make sure to read the fine print. Other than that I love my new kitchen. I also had Norcab custom build and install a bathroom vanity for our basement bathroom. Very professional all round.

I’ve admired several Norcab kitchens over the years but never thought I would be able to afford one with my limited budget. When renovating the kitchen in my new home, I got quotes from several low budget companies. I had come to terms that, with what I could afford to spend, I would need to sacrifice a lot of my wants, such as a different coloured island and quartz countertops. A friend of mine encouraged me to get a quote from Norcab and I was blown away!

Not only did they give me a better price but also designed the kitchen of my dreams with a functional layout and personal details to fit my needs! The 3D renderings provided to me were incredible and realistic; I could imagine myself in my new kitchen.

The entire process was smooth and stress free. When designing the kitchen I was worried about how I would be able to fit enough storage in the small space my home provided. Lorelee designed it to ensure that there was more than enough space to fit all of my kitchen goods and more! Kate was communicative, friendly and helpful. She was responsive to all my questions and worries and helped me stay within my budget. They even helped me pick out a wall paint colour that would compliment the cabinetry! The installers were incredibly courteous and efficient and left my home looking better than when they arrived.

The finished product is absolute perfection. The custom cabinetry, elegant hardware and perfectly matched counter tops make the room look luxurious. My kitchen has changed from an unsightly, cluttered, non functional space to my favourite room in the house!

They took great care making sure we understood the process and that we were happy with the finished product. When there was a problem they took care of it. That speaks volumes these days.
