Great customer service! Staff are so nice when you call. And if you don’t have time to call? Send an email. They reply almost immediately. Drivers are professional and don’t leave a trace of ever being there.

This is my first time renting a bin for personal use. Looking around, I found Norfolk to be the cheapest for a 10 yard bin for my renovation project. Delivery was as scheduled and I was home for it so was able to get the driver to drop off on wood and right at the top of my driveway where I wanted it. When done, I asked to be called for pickup to ensure the vehicles were off driveway (as I wasn't sure if pick up would also be early morning). No call but pickup was later in the day and vehicles were either gone or on the road already (not a big deal to me for all the other good that happened). Final price came in lower than deposit for my use and I'd happily recommend Norfolk or use them again myself.

Great company! We were with Waste Management for years and it was always something. And the price kept going up. We went to Norfolk Disposal and it was night and day! You call and speak to a real person. Very friendly people and to top it all off they were less than half the price of Waste Management! Thanks for a great job!

I would greatly appreciate ? it if some of your drivers, STOP THROWING our recycling boxes, that we pay for,on the pavement ,your breaking them .My new one I recently purchase is already broken from the driver throwing it today .

I'm ticked off!!! Our entire street in Port Rowan was missed today in Port Rowan!!! We REGULARLY get left to later in the day to be picked up.... but today the truck went down and picked up the east side of the street (Ellis St. Port Rowan) early in the morning... never came back to pick up the west side of the street!!! So now what!?!? Our box is full...won't have room for another weeks recycling items!!
