Avoid if You’re a Serious Business—Overpriced, Underdelivered, and Questionable Value

I was initially drawn to this firm by the owner’s claim that they “weren’t here to suck clients dry.” Ironically, that’s exactly what happened.

Over the course of six months, I ended up paying an average of $800 per month – and for what? Our QuickBooks Online (QBO) account was never properly set up or brought into usable condition. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing was ever settled. We were left with a mess, no clarity, and zero functionality.

The tone from the top is condescending, and it’s hard not to feel like the actual work is being done by interns or junior staff with minimal experience. Emails often lacked precision, and conversations gave off an air of people guessing their way through basic accounting tasks.

Most of the glowing reviews seem to come from individuals or grant-funded clients (B2C setups), but if you’re running a real business that needs solid accounting support, I’d think twice. No professional company should hand over its financials to people this unqualified.
