We have a long time relationship with Nuvex Solutions. They look after all our Software and Hardware for all three stores. Very friendly and easy to deal with. The majority of the time they are be able to remote in to our systems and fix any issues or talk us through any problems that need to be resolved. We have one contact person what makes it easy to work with. He knows our needs and history. The people at Nuvex Solutions are not afraid to try something new. Nuvex has been our IT service specialist for at least 10 years. At Vandenberg Hay Farms Ltd. we are very happy with the instant service Nuvex provides time and time again. The team is knowledgeable, friendly and precise. When we made the decision to go to managed services, Nuvex was one of the only companies who promptly responded and arranged to meet in short order. Nathan and Tirone laid out a very cost effective plan in regards to us and even went above and beyond in providing other options. Nuvex has done a great job of setting up a server upgrade with 25 plus users on a domain for our company.
