Horrible experience dealing with them during our recent stay at Big White. Very, very poor communication and customer service. We arrived to find out the outdoor pools were closed (as in never opened for the season) and were not notified at any time during the reservation process (which was transferred to Okanagan Premier 60 days prior to our arrival). An important amenity and distinct feature of this property which reflects the premium price you pay to stay at this building. Many burnt out lights (which we were told after arrival couldn’t be fixed), empty soap dispensers etc.
Would not recommend as there are many other management companies to use at Big White that are so much better to use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 385 Moonshine Crescent. Great location, walk to the end of the crescent and put your skis on!
Well appointed rental home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Cannot begin to list the number of issues we had with our unit. Tiny, apartment sized fridge, broken steam shower, broken footstool, weak jets on hot tub, broken coffee maker, broken dishwasher door, dirty carpet, missing art on wall and scratches and holes in paint. Almost impossible to reach anyone to get help. Only plus is the location. Totally oversold as a premiere unit (with price tag to match). The unit needs a complete renovation.
