Very Dirty, Unsafe, Leaks everywhere, Mold, Garbage everywhere, Rodents, Homeless people, front doors never locked and often wide open. Absolutely no management. They will blame you on their mismanagement. Above average rental increase.
Do yourself a favor and avoid the Forest Hill Apartments by Old Oak Properties. Slum Lords would be putting it nicely.
They keep apologizing in the reviews, however it's getting a lot worse. Please stop apologizing.

I am so excited to have secured a unit at Centro!! This is because Jonathan and Regan were there to introduce me to the unit styles, amenities and finishes which was exactly what I was looking for in my search for a downtown vibe apartment. They were both patient and knowledgeable on assisting me with my unit selection and advising as to parking options/utilities and also allowing me to view a site at the Richmond Street site.
