We own a small incorporated business and worked with Omni management for 3 years. At first Megan was our accountant and things were ok, but communication was always very slow and as new business owners we found there weren’t a lot of explanations or direction as far as what our tax strategies were. After about 1 year the communication was almost non existent, despite us bringing up our concerns about getting ahold of Megan and the time it would take to respond a simple email (sometimes weeks without a response and multiple follow up emails). Eventually omni decided to switch us to working with Bernadette, who was aware of our history and frustration with Megan. She was responsive at first and after a few months we were back in the same position with an accountant who could not even do the bare minimum of message or call us back. It took us 3 years to switch to another accountant because we thought that it was going to get better (as they promised MULTIPLE TIMES) AND this was our first time using an accountant so we weren’t sure what to expect. After switching accountants we have realized that the standards of this company are far below the rest of the industry. We were continually ignored and made to feel like our business didn’t matter. And our new accountant explained that we were also set up on a structure that was costing us unnecessary money. This year we have saved THOUSANDS with our taxes. I would not recommend this company to anybody I know. If you’re considering them there are much better options out there! Shame on you Megan and Burnadette for not even apologizing when we left your company or making the slightest effort to amend the terrible service you gave us. We regret ever trusting you with our business.
