It’s sooooo slow even with boosters and half of the time it doesn’t work even when it says there is 3 bars. 10/10 would never recommend and wish I could give zero stars

I’d just like to share my great experience dealing with O-Net over the last 2 weeks. It started with setting up my service with Rachel who was super helpful, professional and friendly! A crew came to check out our home (right on time) and then Bryce and Bowen did the final set up yesterday. They were right on time, worked efficiently and were helpful and also friendly and pleasant to deal with. They took off their shoes without me asking! It took a little over an hour for them to do their work, as promised. This was important as I had to take time off work to be home. Everything is working perfectly - they solved a major issue I had with my previous provider. I highly recommend the O-Net crew and service!

We had an install scheduled multiple times, but had to change it due to our schedules. The team on the phone were always very accommodating, once we were able to make everything work for our schedule we finally scheduled an install date and time. On the day of set up Colton (the installer), arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Colton was very professional and efficient, once he had everything set up he stuck around to answer any questions while we went through the basics. I work in retail and know just how valuable customer service is. Colton definitely has outstanding customer service.

Moved to Olds recently and I cannot say enough about how AMAZING the fantastic young gentlemen (Bryce & Bowen) were to deal with. Courteous, bang-on time, pleasant and extremely well mannered. They were so polite & respectful while efficiently completing their work. Such kind, charming young men. We shared a few laughs and they made sure that I was confident & comfortable with the whole setup and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Truly can't say enough positive things about your guys' team! LOVE being in this town. Thank you guys so much!!

I have had O-net for five years and they have provided great service. When you have an issue, 1 call and service calls you and your back up and running ( Thanks Doug) I had Shaw 15 years and never got same day service.

Have had a lot of internet problems so far with onet. They came in and changed some things so hopefully the service works better. Technicians and employees are nice.

We have used O-Net for several years now. Soooooo Fast! Great service and support. Whenever we've had an issue, O-Net has promptly helped us fix it either from their office or have come out. After having had internet from the other big companies, I am so glad to have O-Net. Not to mention that all the profits go back into the community!

In a world full of greedy corporate enterprise, its nice to know that O-Net values their people. I am not a client with them, it feels more then that. If you move to Olds, get O-Net best service out there.
