Nous n’avons que des commentaires positifs à partager. Cette entreprise de gestion immobilière (OPM) est une entreprise qui offre des services hors pairs. Son personnel est courtois et répond en un tourne main aux besoins qu’un propriétaire peut avoir. Depuis déjà deux ans, que ce soit pour répondre à un besoin de réparation, d’inspection, de références reliées aux lois des logements mais surtout de communication professionnelle en étant un agent de liaison entre locateur et locataire. À plusieurs reprises nous avons dû joindre OPM pour des questions et/ou des demandes de services et à chaque fois Cédric ou Paul nous ont répondu et ont su nous accompagner et ce toujours avec courtoisie et respect. Vous voulez bien dormir sans tourments lorsque vous devez partir à l’extérieur, sans hésitation, nous recommandons cette entreprise. À vrai dire nous les notons d’un 7 sur 5. Aujourd’hui, un service tel quel devient précieux.

Cedric, Paul and team are outstanding. We hired them almost a year ago for multiple properties. In this period we have had several situations that have tested their knowledge, efficiency, and customer service -from difficult tenants that didn't want to respect agreements to an emergency with a flooding basement. In all these moments they remained professional, calm and in continued communication. Their advice was sound and timely.

Regarding the contractors, they have offered options for contractors and are open to use those whom we trust- I have never felt obliged to use a particular provider, which I appreciate. Tenants have never complained about the quality of the work or service.

Ottawa Property Managers offer great value for money, with very competitive fees. Hiring them has been a great decision.
