Do not rent through this company. I had a place approved, and told I was going to be moving in. Got my kid in school in the encatchment area, then they pulled the rug out from under me. Even though I had a great reference.

Jewel is extremely unprofessional.

To me it feels like discrimination was a factor as I have lots of tattoos.

I make more than enough money my job is across the road, my daughters daycare on the same road and her school.

Absolutely 10/10 recommend renting from pacific edge! Particularly if you get to interact with Heather and Jewel.

Heather is my building manager and she’s amazing. Not only is she super attentive, but she is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you have your questions answered and your housing needs met! Pacific edge was able to get me into my place a few days early and had the whole place ready for me! Moving is so stressful but it really helped having these two at pacific edge on my side! Thank you!!!

We have been renting from Pacific edge properties for a few years. Our washer broke just before we went on holidays and Heather and Maintance crew were awesome. They got a service man in here to see what the problem was and replaced our washer quickly. I had a problem this morning with my door handle falling off Phoned Heather (before office hrs) and left a message and she called me back within a half an hour and within two hours. I had somebody here fixing my door. Highly recommend it.

Pacific Edge managed the property I was renting and I cannot recommend them enough! They are friendly and very quick to fix any issues that arose with the property. Jewel in particular has been great to have as my manager. She is great with communication and always makes sure the needs of the house are met 🙂

We have been renting with Pacific Edge since 2017. We did an internal move in 2018 to a nother unit in the same complex, was easy and no hassles. Now we are moving to another building in the city that is a little bigger and brighter. Jewel, bless her heart has made the transfer to our new unit a pleasure. After 11 months at our new place, we had an issue with our ceiling fan. The light would come on even with the battery out of the remote. ( I thought our place was haunted at first) turns out it was an electrical issue. Heather the operations manager was quick to have the issue taken care of. We both got a chuckle over the light turning on when no one was around. No my suite is not haunted.
