les chambres n ont pas de climatisation. il fait une chaleur insupportable. ouvrir la fenêtre qui donne sur la route ce n est pas forcément une bonne idée. Si vous etes cite rue en plus vous avez le bruit des extracteurs du resto.le mobilier à bien vécu. deux gros fauteuils d époque....les points positifs proche de l embarcadère pour le ferry pour la traversée du passage intérieure. le petit dej à 4h au mat est très correct

The mural outside is probably the best part about this hotel. My room was unfortunately very, very gross. I counted 7 different hairs (read: pubic hairs) on the duvet alone, which was also stained - and there were toenail clippings scattered throughout the bathroom. The front desk person was quite nice and helpful, but overall it was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay.

The aquatic themed mural, old growth carpets, forever filling toilet and wonderful marine sounds of the car wash adjacent will get you in the mood for this DIVE. If you are looking for a themed escape room, this is about the best Prince Rupert has to offer.

Very disappointed in how the hotel handled my watch which I unfortunately left in my room. After several calls and promises of a returned call from 4 different employees, I was left feeling that the hotel did not care enough to really find out what happened or to even give me a call back to try and resolve the issue. I realize I am responsible for my items but I feel a hotel should have procedures in place for items left in rooms accidentally. I feel I can’t trust this hotel again and I can’t recommend it to anyone either. Unfortunate as I have been staying here regularly for the last 4 years and to have this happen over a watch is a shame.

Room 206 was DISGUSTING!! The sink was filling up with what looked like SEWER!!! ||The carpet in front of the bathroom door was so sticky! Had to lay a towel down!!! ||Could only imagine what that was!!!||The shower was impossible to pull out!! My spouse had to yank with all his might!!!

The rates are very good, especially if you're on a medical trip. Great people on the front desk. Excellent service. Clean . Some of the beds are getting pretty lumpy though.. and the fans are very noisy. They will wake you up if you hadn't planned on getting it

Well, we booked the hotel to be near the ferry terminal. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, but old. It needs some remodeling soon. Also, no air conditioning was available. It was ok for us due to the temperatures, but I don't want to stay there in July or August.|The reason why I review the stay as poor is that there was a group of idiots (sorry, have to call them that) in a lot of rooms on our floor who made some sort of party at night. They were clearly totally drunk and were making a lot of noise. We weren't able to sleep. After calling the front desk the noise stopped about half an hour later, but when I have a bunch of young people booking several rooms, as a hotel I would put other guests on a different floor. We won't be back. Can't recommend it.
